PomoSauna is a Pomodoro timer you leave on the table and look at. A monk sits in a sauna while you work. When the phase ends, a chime opens the waterfall and he cools beneath it. Then the heat again. That is the whole app.

Prices in US dollars; the App Store shows yours. Monthly and Yearly share one free trial — Apple grants it once, so a trial taken on one plan is not offered again on the other. A subscription renews until you cancel it in Settings, and Premium is bought and managed through your Apple Account.

Is PomoSauna free?
Yes. Pomodoro, Relaxation, the whole scene, the Live Activity and the default sounds are free, with no time limit and no ads. Premium is optional and adds choice rather than unlocking the app.
Does it keep time with the screen off?
Yes. The timer runs on the clock, not on the app being open. A Live Activity counts down on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and a chime sounds at every phase change. Allow notifications when the app asks, or the chimes cannot reach you while it is closed.
Why sauna and waterfall, and not focus and rest?
Because that is the ritual the app is built around: heat, then cold water, then heat again. Any timer can say focus and rest. The Löyly, the chime that opens the sauna, is the Finnish word for the steam that rises when water is thrown on hot stones.
Does it track my sessions?
No. There are no statistics, streaks or history, on purpose. A session ends when you stop it, and the app does not keep score.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Your presets and settings live on your iPhone. Read the privacy policy
Can I change the monk or the sauna?
No — the scene is the app. You can change the background behind it, the sounds, the clock colour, and hide the clock altogether.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone, with iOS 26 or later. On a paired Apple Watch the Live Activity can also show in the Smart Stack.
I bought Premium on another iPhone. How do I get it back?
Open Premium from Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.
Is there a version for the browser?
Yes — the web version the app grew out of runs in any browser, with the same scene and the same cycle. Open it
